One of the most unique features of Stevens Transport is their driver-training program.  For the past 35 years, Stevens Transport has helped more than 30,000 men and women begin their new careers as professional over the road truck drivers.  With a network of strategically located CDL training facilities, Stevens Transport is able to recruit, train and mentor the next generation of America’s drivers along vital freight lanes. 

 Today, more than 2000 Corporate employees began their careers as over the road drivers.  Drivers have moved into positions in Training, Management, Brokerage, Sales, Recruiting and Logistics.  And because their family oriented culture, Stevens Transport has one of the lowest turnover rates in the Industry.

A commitment to our Military Veterans 


In October 2015, Stevens Transport expanded their training division to Killeen, TX.  Located on Fort Hood, and in partnership with Central Texas College, Stevens Transport began training transitioning, active and retired military veterans at their newest CDL training center.  Stevens Transport has always been committed to hiring Veterans (more than 50% of Stevens Transport employees are Veterans), and through this unique CDL training program, they are able to assist transitioning service members take their first step into a high demand and stable career.
